How long will it take to complete my project?
We strive to give our customers a great experience, including quick turnover times! Turnover depends on a few factors. We consider other projects we already have scheduled, the need to order material, and how much labor is involved in the project.
We can often get projects like headliners done within a day. Other projects, such as seat re-upholstery, carpeting, dash & others, can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week, or more if a lot of work is being done.
How do you form an estimate?
Estimates are based on several factors. We look at the type of project, the make/model of the vehicle, the type of material and if it needs to be ordered, if there will be special designs, and if any other materials like foam or burlap are needed to complete the project. For projects like headliners, we also look at the size and if there is a sunroof or other things that we need to work around.
How can I get an estimate?
We offer a couple of ways to get an estimate. Customers can stop by for an in-person estimate or can send pictures/videos and vehicle information.
Do you have material in stock?
We keep limited materials in stock and typically need to order or pickup up materials specifically for each project. We do keep our sample books current for customers to explore their options. Depending on the materials needed, we can get materials anywhere from the same day to within a week or more of ordering. Please note that delivery times and stock can vary, and we can not control how long materials may take to ship.
Can you do special projects?
We do accommodate special projects! Most recently, we installed a "starlight" feature in a headliner. We are happy to place the order if possible, or customers can order the items themselves. If we cannot do the project, we try to help connect you with someone who can help.
Do you offer other upholstery services?
At this time, we only offer auto upholstery services. Our services do extend to electric wheelchairs, bicycle seats, and marine upholstery, among others. We do not provide services for furniture, including dining chairs, couches, recliners, bar stools, headboards, etc.
What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Check (typically businesses only). We hope to add other payment options in the future. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at this time. Please note that we require a deposit and then full payment at completion.
